近日，俞滨教授、徐杨教授带领的研究团队对二维铁电材料进行深入探索，首次将典型铁电材料CuInP2S6的传导机制解耦为四种不同状态，为新型纳电子器件提供新思路。研究成果以“二维铁离子: 范德瓦尔斯层状材料CuInP2S6的导电开关机制和过渡边界”为题发表在领域顶尖学术期刊《先进材料》。博士生周嘉超为论文第一作者。该项科研得到了国家自然科学基金的资助。
