提出一种可应用于微/纳操作领域的3-PRR柔性并联机构,基于Euler-Bernoulli梁理论,采用假设模态法,分析支链上从动杆的柔性,结合实例说明了将从动杆视为刚性杆处理的依据。为进一步分析各构件惯量参数和柔性构件刚度对系统固有频率的影响,采用拉格朗日方程建立了修正的机构动力学振动微分方程,并结合实例进行分析,利用仿真计算验证了所建模型的有效性。

分别以糙米的腹部、背部作为承压面,对糙米的三点弯曲破碎力学性能进行了测试。测试结果表明,籽粒腹部、背部的三点弯曲破碎力和破碎力的分布特性存在一定的差异性,即腹部作为承压面的破碎力分布区域较分散,呈现多峰分布,而背部作为承压面的破碎力呈现集中分布的特性;腹部作为承压面的抗弯强度和弹性模量均大于背部,而其断裂能却小于背部。糙米的加工品质与其三点弯曲破碎力学性能之间亦存在一定的相关关系。

针对传统花生联合收获机刚性夹持链夹持损失率偏高的问题,提出了三夹持带柔性夹持技术,并设计了三夹持带夹持输送装置。通过试验台试验确定了带型、带距、带速等参数,并通过与刚性夹持链的田间对比试验,对拉断落果率、夹持喂入率、夹断率、去土率、掉株率、掉果率等试验指标进行了综合评价。试验结果表明,三夹持带柔性夹持输送方式损失率较低。

通过拓扑优化设计了自卸车浮动式支撑结构的举升缸支座;利用AMESim软件对液压举升系统进行仿真,得到了举升缸支座工作时的载荷曲线和最大载荷;根据最大载荷,用有限元方法对其本身以及其对车架纵梁的影响进行了分析。与传统底板焊接式和纵梁式结构的举升缸支座相比,浮动式支撑结构的举升缸支座明显优于其他两种结构。
