毫米波具有丰富的频率资源,已逐步应用于高速通信和高精度雷达等领域。但由于硅基工艺本身的限制,采用硅基工艺实现毫米波芯片面临巨大的技术挑战。本报告讨论了硅基毫米波芯片技术的发展以及所面临的技术挑战,介绍了本课题组在解决宽带收发链路、高精度毫米波信号源和相控阵等方面的工作,并简要介绍了本课题组开发的毫米波雷达与通信芯片。
