中亚是“一带一路”的重要节点,国民经济以农牧业为主。近10多年来中亚地区冬季频发持续性极端低温事件,给当地造成严重灾害。持续性极端低温事件的产生往往与中高纬大气季节内振荡有关,研究中亚地区冬季气温季节内变率及其形成机理具有重要意义。
热带印度洋和大西洋海温的变化及机制是目前国际气候研究的热点。已有的研究表明,北印度洋(North Indian Ocean, NIO)和热带北大西洋(tropical North Atlantic, TNA)海温的变化,会通过海气相互作用影响西北太平洋地区的环流系统,从而对东亚天气气候造成显著影响。
