采用CFD软件STAR-CD和FEA软件ABAQUS对226B型柴油机缸盖冷却水腔内的流动和传热过程进行了流固耦合数值模拟计算。为反映沸腾传热的影响,基于FORTRAN语言开发了单相流沸腾传热模型,将其嵌入到STAR-CD中。与试验结果的比较表明,加入沸腾传热模型可以大幅度提高模拟计算的精度,最大误差由18%下降至7%,为柴油机冷却水腔的优化设计提供了理论依据。 Fluid-solid coupl...
