对某品牌过敏原IgE抗体定量检测试剂进行性能验证。方法?参考美国临床和实验室标准协会(clinical and laboratory standards institute, CLSI)及中华人民共和国医药行业标准YY/T 1581-2018的相关文件，对符博克TM过敏原IgE抗体定量检测试剂进行准确度、检出限、线性、重复性、批间差、特异性验证，并与ImmunoCAP系统检测结果进行一致性评价。
分析慢性荨麻疹合并Hp感染患者血清总免疫球蛋白E（IgE），嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白（ECP）和组胺释放因子（HRF）浓度的相关性分析。方法： 76例急性麻疹患者依据病情程度分为轻度组（13例），中度组（38例）和重度组（25例），依据Hp感染情况分为Hp阳性组（48例）和Hp阴性组（28例） ，同时收集健康志愿者68例作为样本，比较各组血情总IgE，ECP和HRF水平，并进行相关性分析。
