卫星定位是物联网、大数据等相关产业的基础,各国竞相竞争。同时,其在宇宙开发应用中也处于先导地位。日本版GPS正在加紧实施,日本内阁府最近公开了准天顶卫星系统“引路”第2号定位卫星。日本计划2017年秋天,用国产火箭“H2A”发射2号机等三颗定位卫星,加上以前发射运行的1号机,从2018年度开始将共有四颗定位卫星运行。离正式运行仅剩1年的日本版GPS试图超越美国及欧洲,开创日本自主的新业态。
