针对莱钢3200m3高炉TMT开口机应用中存在的凿岩机吊挂螺栓松动脱落、油管频繁烧坏等问题,对凿岩机的吊挂进行加固,自制围风管有效地保护了旋转钢角,开口机前挡板U型孔改为圆形,优化后的开口机保证了开铁口的准确性与及时性,每年可节约维修成本约150万元。
