针对电动助力转向中的电流跟随控制问题,通过建立系统数学模型,分析系统型别,研究了常规PID控制和模糊PID控制在电流控制中的不足,采用前馈和反馈综合控制的思想,提出了综合前馈和模糊PID反馈的电流控制算法。通过实验对比表明,前馈和模糊PID反馈的综合控制方法可显著提高电流跟随控制的稳定性、快速性和准确性。

在分析粉碎机锤片磨损钝化过程中形貌变化对加工效率影响的基础上,提出了锤片自磨刃强化处理的工艺方法。采用气体渗碳方法对粉碎机锤片两侧面进行渗碳处理,对锤片端面及轴孔作防渗处理,配合相应的热处理工艺,使锤片两侧刃和刃间形成不同的金相组织,两侧刃的硬度远大于刃间硬度。经生产试验证实,在锤片的整个工作过程中不形成断面圆角,保持了对物料的正面打击和棱角剪切作用。
