树突状细胞（DC）疫苗是目前在临床上应用的一种肿瘤治疗疫苗，其制备过程一般都在病人体外进行，病人来源的DC在体外进行诱导分化后再回输给病人，这种疫苗制备过程十分复杂，容易被污染，不同的技术人员、不同条件的实验室制备的疫苗疗效差异较大，较难标准化，因此体外制备的DC疫苗很难在临床推广应用。
