红外二阶非线性光学(IR-NLO)晶体材料在资源探测、光电对抗、空间反导、国防通讯等方面有着重要的应用。目前商业化的IR-NLO晶体材料(例如,AgGaQ2(Q=S,Se)和ZnGeP2等)存在多方面的性能缺陷,限制了它们的应用范围。因此,设计和合成具有性能优良的新型IR-NLO晶体材料仍是该领域的研究热点和难点。
